Welcome to our Service Center. At Nautilus Aquatics, we take great pride in keeping your investments working in the way it was intended for - from simple inspections and tuning to complete overhauls for your Suunto, Aqualung and Apex products. We stand by our services.
We strongly suggest that you insure any items sent to us for the retail value of the product. We will be happy to advise you of the value of the item, if you are unsure. Package the item(s) carefully to prevent damage during shipment. Upon receipt of the items, we'll call you with a tracking number and advise if there are any problems with the product not previously mentioned in your request form. We cannot be responsible for any damage occurring during transit to our facility.
Terms and Conditions for Submitting Service Requests:
- Fill Out the online Service Request Form and submit with each request for service.
- All Warranty Work must be submitted with a copy of the purchase receipt indicating date of purchase from an Authorized Aqua Lung Dealer and from the original owner.
- We will only do the work as you request. Should additional work be needed we will get your authorization prior to any service started.
- Upon receipt of your item(s) for service, we will contact you with an identification number. Please use this number when contacting us regarding our service status.
- For warranty service, we will ship the item(s) back to you free.
- For non-warranted and battery change requests, we will bill you for labor, parts and shipping as applicable. We strongly recommend that you insure your product. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to the carrier.
- All service repairs parts and labor are warranted for 90 days from the date of service.
- All non-warranty service work will be charged to the credit card or COD as indicated on your Service Request Form including shipping and insurance. Any other arrangements for payment must be made and agreed to in writing prior to any service work performed.
- All non-warranty has a minimum charge of $15.
